I have posted my recipe for squash dressing today. It is simple to make and wonderful to eat. I enjoy cooking for my family and always have, but there are times when I am tired, or simply do not wish to work in the kitchen, for hours. That is when I pop a chicken in the oven to bake, pull out my frozen left-over cornbread and put this simple dressing together. After my chicken has baked for around an hour, I put the pan of dressing in the oven, with my chicken and set my timer for 45 minutes. When the timer goes off, I put some corn on to cook. Within fifteen minutes or so, dinner is done without the hard work.
